Conditions of Hire

The management reserves the right to refuse to provide further hire to customers who fail to observe the following conditions.

All equipment is loaned to the customer on the understanding that the customer:

Takes notice and follows the advice given in the Safety considerations.

All equipment must be kept at a reduced speed.

Accepts full responsibility for the equipment and its safe use whilst on loan to them, and must sign for the equipment before each use.

Immediately reports to Shopmobility any accidents/incidents that occur whilst they are using the equipment.

Does not leave any electrical equipment unattended except scooters with the key taken out.

Has no medical condition that could effect them operating the equipment safely.

Returns the equipment clean and in a safe condition.

Returns the equipment no later than 4:45pm.

Never uses the equipment while under the influence of alcohol or drug, this could be illegal substances or prescription drugs that could impede your ability to operate the equipment safely.
