We are looking for someone to provide care and support to make a real difference to a young man, broadening his horizons, developing his independence and supporting him to access leisure activities and engage in activities in the community. This might include walks, going to the cinema, to cafés and restaurants, to events locally and live music events.

This young man needs some level of support with all aspects of personal care, including toileting, showering and dressing, taking medication and meal preparation supporting them with making food and snacks and to follow a healthy diet. Carers use a range of equipment to aid with personal care and transfers including a slide board, ceiling hoist and mobile hoist. Full training will be provided.

Main Support times are Tuesday to Thursday 7-9am and 3-6pm (9pm)
